HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been posted/shipped we will be in touch via email with the tracking details.

IF ANY ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK, WILL IT BE RESTOCKED?

Unless the item is returned to us and in a re-sellable condition, items will not be restocked. We source vintage or preloved pieces, which means finding multiples of one design difficult – although not impossible with more recent pieces! So, if there is something in particular you had your eye on but missed the chance to buy, or you’re on the lookout for, do contact us – each item is personally sourced and selected and we have a “look out for” list, so we can easily add what you are looking for – we can’t promise we’ll find it, but we’ll do our best!

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR STOCK FROM?

We find our items from different sources – flea market, our own wardrobe rotations, selling on behave of individuals, online finds, and working directly with brands and boutiques to sell their excess stock or samples. In short – everywhere and anywhere. But we always ensure each item is a good quality piece, so we personally source and hand pick each item.

I HAVE MY OWN BRAND/SHOP, WOULD YOU BE INTERESTED IN WORKING WITH US?

In short – yes! If you feel that your pieces sit within the ST/EVEN aesthetic, we’re open to talking with you, and we’d love to discuss a collaboration.

DO YOU SELL MENS CLOTHES?

Yes, we do. Our clothes are a mix of clothing designed for men or women. But we believe clothes do not hold a specific gender and can be worn by anyone. Most of our pieces are shown on a female model; however, a lot of these items will be ‘menswear’. To help our customers gage the fit we will state the measurements of each garment.

DO YOU MAKE REPAIRS OR ALTERATIONS TO ITEMS?

Yes – if we find an item that we can repair and keep the quality of the piece we will. We also find pieces that would have a fresh new life being altered to create a new fit or tweaked design. These details will always be listed in the description.

DO YOU HAVE A SHOP I CAN VISIT?

We current do not have a physical shop. However, we do have a lovely new office space where all our stock is kept and office is based which is located in Cornwall. So, if you’re ever in the area and would like to visit, you are more than welcome. We would need advance notice, but reach out to us at hello@st-evenstudio.co.uk
