UK Returns & International

We offer a 14-day returns period on all UK orders, and 21-days for all international orders.

If your item/s are not suitable, you will need to request a refund by emailing at hello@st-evenstudio.co.uk. In the subject heading write “Refund Request (*order number*). The date of the email will be considered the date of notification given to request a refund. The team will then come back to you with a refund form to include with the retuned item/s.

All returned item/s must be sent back in the same condition as sold, with our tags still attached along with any original tags the item/s were purchased with, these must also be attached. Failure to do this will result in a refund being refused and the items returned to you.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items/s back to us. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage on their journey back to us, so we advise that you use a service that can be tracked covers the cost/s of the items.

For international returns we advise that you label returns as ‘Returned Goods’ as this can help avoid an customs/duty being applies – please note that this may not always work and charges may be applied – we cannot cover any return charges (postage or duties). Any charges that do get applied will be deducted from your refund value.

Once the item/s are received they will be checked, and the team will contact you directly to advise on the refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-days and will be refunded via the original payment method with the original postage costs deducted.

IMPORTANT NOTE / we cannot offer refunds on refund requests that come in after the 14-day notice period (UK only) or 21-day notice period (international). If you do want to return an item outside of these notice periods, we can offer to resell the item through our consignment service – please refer to Services for further details.

At ST/EVEN we are committed to sourcing vintage and second-hand clothing of excellent quality and condition, however, due to the nature of pre-loved items there is expected to be some signs of wear or minor flaws that do not affect the wear of the item. All flaws will be clearly stated in the description and/or photographed.

Please read descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing. If in the event you receive an item where the fault was not listed in the description and/or photographed, please contact us at hello@st-evenstudio.co.uk with a detailed description of the fault in your request along with photographs.
